This privacy policy explains which personal data we process when you visit our website, book with us or contact us. It follows the Swiss Federal Act on Data Protection (FADP) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

What data we process
- Bookings and price requests: pick-up, destination, date and time, vehicle, name, company, e-mail address, phone number, flight number, number of passengers and suitcases, your notes and the payment method you choose.
- Contact: when you contact us by WhatsApp, e-mail or phone, the content of your message and your contact details.
- Visiting the website: technical details our hosting provider records automatically, such as IP address, date and time, the page visited and your browser. We only use them to keep the website running safely.
What we use the data for
We use your data to plan and carry out your ride, to reply to you, to send you confirmations and invoices, and to meet legal duties such as bookkeeping. We do not sell your data or use it for advertising.
Services we use
- Vercel (USA): hosts the website.
- Supabase (servers in Ireland, EU): the database where bookings and blog posts are stored.
- Google Maps (Google): shows the map of your route on the booking pages. Google receives your IP address.
- Google Fonts (Google): provides the website's icons. Google receives your IP address.
- Photon by komoot (Germany): suggests addresses while you type a pick-up or destination. The text you type is sent for this.
- WhatsApp (Meta): when you send your booking by WhatsApp or message us there. WhatsApp's own privacy policy also applies.
- TWINT and SumUp: when you pay by TWINT or card. These providers handle the payment details themselves.
Some of these providers are based in the USA. Data is only processed there with recognised safeguards, such as the Swiss-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
Storage in your browser
We do not use tracking or advertising cookies. Your browser only stores that you have seen the cookie notice, and your booking details while you book. These are deleted when you close the window. If you choose “Remember my details on this device”, your name, company, e-mail and phone stay on your device for your next booking.
How long we keep data
We keep your data for as long as we need it for your booking and its follow-up. Accounting records are kept for the ten years required by law. After that, the data is deleted.
Your rights
You can ask at any time which data we hold about you, and have it corrected or deleted unless the law requires us to keep it. Write to us at info@gullswisslimousine.com. You can also complain to the Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC): www.edoeb.admin.ch.
Changes
We update this privacy policy when our website or the services we use change. The version published here applies.
